These ear pieces are extremely comfortable, and with their color they blend right in like nothing is there. I like that you can still hear ambient sounds, unlike other setups which completely plug off your ear. It's like having the chatter from the radio injected into the ambient noise. They make using a radio earpiece so much nicer. You might even find yourself blipping the squelch button occasionally to make sure it's still there like I do.
