This watch does what we wanted, should never need batteries and seems t be tracking the radio signal OK. Could not get it to show day and date.It is reasonably small, the clasp is sometimes difficult.Please help me set it...in English, please anyone.As advertised BUT be sure to download an English manual!!!!Best woman's watch.This is a nice looking ,easily readable and, although packed with useable features, it is reasonably uncomplicated to set up and operate.It was mainly purchased for its radio control setting of time, date, and daylight savings time, without requiring or encouraging use of any external devices. Also its battery is solar charged.This it does very well.It would be, at times, convenient to have a seconds hand but it is very easy to select seconds on the digital readout and return to date, or day, or time afterword.Instructions were included in English and Japanese, but explanation for adjustment of the wrist band latch position, is only in Japanese with figure images and arrows.Other language instructions are also available on the net at the CASIO website.There may be a way to remove some of the wristband links when it is way too long, but the only method provided, that I have found so far, is to move the catch to a different link position.The latching method is easy to grasp mentally, after the first successful installation, but not really that easy to grasp physically, without practice, when actually preforming installation on the wrist.Word from the person for whom I bought the watch, assures that one quickly becomes accustomed.Time will tell about reliability, but now I can say we are certainly happy with this watch.Unsurprisingly this is an outstanding Casio product. I bought it for my daughter's 15th birthday. She loves it. It is stylish but very practical and of course the time is always correct. The analogue hands are synchronized to the digital time. It even automatically adjusted itself to daylight savings time. This a watch only sold in Japan so the instructions are in Japanese; however English instructions can be downloaded from the Internet. The Waveceptor technology works around the world with the exception of perhaps the Middle East. The metal strap is adjustable without special tools. Simply lift a small latch and slide the clasp along the strap to lengthen or shorten the strap.Pros1) This is the ONLY woman radio control watch.2) Plus solar3) You can get the status of battery, radio signal, etc... with this watch that you can NOT get from other brandsConsIt's not the most beautiful. It's ok but not elegantYou have to choose between beauty or functionalities!!!色は、店頭では黒に見えたけれど、Amazonで購入してみたら、焦げ茶に見えます。外光でも焦げ茶。多分店頭は照明が強かったのでは。でもブラウンブラックはシックでイイ色だし、角度でツヤがあってきれいです。金色の針が映えます。電波時計は、ムーブメントに寿命があるので、7～10年使えればと、このお値段でこの機能で納得。惜しげなく使えれます。留め具はコツを掴めは、確実に閉まり、外れることはないです。友達にプレゼントするために購入しました。箱から出した瞬間針がグルグル回りだし、正確な時刻を表示したのにはびっくり。ちょっと感動でした。物はまあ価格相応ですが、ベルトを調整するために引掛ける部分を移動させましたが、ロックが少し頼りない。外れてしまいそうです。でもとても喜んでくれたので、よしとします。また不具合あれば、ベルトだけ購入し、取り換えます。文字盤は黒色で、とても見易くて良いです。秒針がありませんが、自分の好みで必要はないと思っていますし、デジタルで表示もできるので問題なし。ライトのLEDが黄色く光り、これは少し安っぽさを感じます。
