My 2017 Tundra started displaying weird touch behavior after a long period where I stored the vehicle. There were large areas on the screen that would not respond to touch at all. I've had this problem before with my unit and Toyota replaced the entire infotainment system - which the dealership told me was several thousand dollars at the time.I did some research and found several videos on how to replace these screens online. It's not difficult, but it was slightly nerve-racking when, after my first repair attempt, I installed the unit and the screen was white. One of the ribbon cables was not fully seated. Overall, I'm 100% happy with this unit and have had no problems over the last two months!
