To charge your devices connect via your device's charging cable to the Rover's USB socket. Then turn the band selector knob to CELL and an indicator light will turn on. The device is now charging. The radio is muted during the charge but will yield 20 minutes of power to your device depending on how long it has been charging.If the Rover's battery is completely drained you may still charge your cell phone by hand crank turn the crank for 7 minutes at 130 rotations per minute.
