The microphone was cheap but the unit gets loud enough for a party. Would be nice to know if getting a better mic would help for karaoke.I love it plays beautifully i would buy it againAll the functions work good.I'd say about 100 watts total out-put but expected that already.I got it mainly for the guitar etc. hook-ups any with recording function.All that works great!Also I'm going to put in better speakers.I know most won't do that .It is adequate just the way it is.4 speakers should sound better but its like all they wanted was a little base and the mids and twerts where a after thought sound volume is barely loud enough to hear over a boxfan I expect this out of a $20 music box but for what I paid for this well. live and learn i guess quality does not match the price sadly more and more its the case im not even sure if thairs any American companies that still make radios in the USGood sound y strong I like very much. I recommend it.Not the bass sound I was expecting. It does have good sound and nice features. Good quality.Everything works as described easy to operate. Sound was good and quick rechargeFor the price i think was more bigger. Not loud noise making.
