First one I received stopped working after 3 weeks replacement seems to be fine. I like the cellphone charging feature. I would better if the alarm was by music, instead of a buzzer.Good sound for it's size.Good quality sound, good lighting for the digital displays. Works well.I use this primarily as a bedside radio and Bluetooth speaker and it generally works well in those capacities. The alarm also works fine. You CAN set it so that the radio, and not the buzzer, wakes you. The problem, and the reason that I gave it 3 stars, is that the radio will occasionally not turn on when the power button is pressed. I found that this can be fixed by quickly disconnecting and reconnecting the power cord. Although this is annoying, I decided not to return the unit because the problem is infrequent and the fix is quick and painless. As long as a battery is installed, the clock will not turn off when the power cord is disconnected.Stylish, compact, adjustable brightness display, wireless charging, USB port AND great sound that rivals portable Bluetooth speakers. What more could you ask for? The answer: a bigger display. I love the stylish look of the wrap-around fabric but it obscures the already tiny clock digits (only 0.75 inch) even on the brightest setting. This makes it very difficult to read from across the room, or even bedside, if don't want to put your eyeglasses on just to see the time in the morning. Why did I rate it 3 stars instead of 4? Because being able to see the display is that important. It is a clock, after all.You can not use both charging devices at the same time! So either use the top one or the usb one but not both simultaneously.The wireless charging is hit or miss. It you don't put your iPhone 13 Pro perfectly in the center of the charging area on the top it will charge for 2 seconds and then stop, and the charging light will just sit there and blink. It feels like it has to be practically perfect for it to gain a charge. Woke up multiple times not realizing and had a phone with 10% battery.The other issue only happened once but given its an alarm clock I honestly can't trust it anymore. The alarm noise just randomly stopped working. I missed waking up on time 3 days in a row before I took a look and realized, its most definitely not making a noise. I had to unplug it and plug it back in for it to work again.Decided to submit this review given its an alarm clock and one malfunction for the basic functionality not working is a bit frustrating.Would've been 3.5 stars for the wonky charging aspect; if that was better then 4.5. Otherwise going 2 here. Not the best and will be looking for a different product.I bought this because my old alarm's numbers were too bright and lit up my bedroom. The dimmable yellow numbers is the ONLY good thing about this clock. The buttons are not user-friendly. Better keep the instruction book around. The 2 alarms are either on or off. Unlike my old alarm, you can't configure them to go off only during the week. So if I turn it off for the weekend, I have to remember to turn it back on Sunday night. The battery backup doesn't work. I put brand-new batteries in it and when I unplugged it to move it, it lost all my settings. The max volume isn't very loud. It's not any louder than my phone's own speaker, so it's pretty useless to use as a Bluetooth speaker. This morning, I happened to be up before the alarm went off and after a bit, I realized it never went off when it was supposed to. I thought maybe the electricity went out and I lost the time/alarms. But it seems like maybe it did go off, but the radio just isn't working, because now I can't even get the radio to play.I love this clock perfect for charging my note 10 + adjustable brightness which is perfect and it can wake me up which says alot judging I fell asleep through a tornado siren and a smoke alarmDisappointed....no sleep mode!The wireless charging does not always charge my phone, even though the charging symbol is displayed on the face of the alarm clock.
