This is a good harness to completely avoid cutting into the vehicle harness. For non-amp install. Follows ISO standards for all basic connections - just solder to head unit harness per color code (except for SWC). You will lose the console Aux / USB hook up but our head unit addresses that with extra USB inputs. Provides SWC direct analog signals to head units that allow programming, smart box is NOT needed. We used this to mate to Atoto SA102 Starter head unit (Carplay works great!) Even SWC works like factory - can call up Siri.
