It's the right product for the description. Pathfinder 05-06. It's actually the harness that goes into Nissan OEM Stereo, NOT the wire harness that you hook up a aftermarket stereo to. In other words, this is the wire harness you would use if you're installing ORIGINAL factory stereo (not Bose). I don't see the point of this unless you've cut all the stereo wires removing the original stereo. I ended up keeping it anyways to avoid the hassle of return. My mistake for thinking this was the counter part-"female plug" for installing aftermarket stereo. ALSO if you have Pathfinder 07-09 this is NOT the right plug. Even the new design for 2005, stereo plug is changed for 07 and up (my second mistake). So I still had to give it 5 stars since it was my fault.
