For years, I've worn a radio earpiece for work. I hate the standard "in-ear" silicone, because it made my ear itchy, sweaty and I was constantly pulling out my ear piece due time the aggravation. Also, whichever side I wore it in, I often could not hear when a person standing next to me speaking on that same side. I had a coworker recommended this type, it sits on the outside of your ear. If you use the correct size, it will stay put and you will forget its even there. I also feel like I can hear radio comms better/clearer. Yes, I wish I'd discovered these sooner!
